Commercial 27L planetary mixer in excellent working condition, lightly used in our protein bar production facility. 1.5kW, 230V single phase, 3 speeds (104/187/365 rpm) with removable stainless-steel bowl and three attachments: dough hook, flat beater and whisk. Suitable for mixing dough, protein-bar mixtures, creams and other food products. Dimensions approx. 546 × 440 × 852mm, net weight 89kg. Sold due to closure of our production facility.
