60L Commercial Chocolate Melanger with Custom Spiral Grinding Stone. Great condition, lightly used commercial LST GMJ60 chocolate melanger/refiner, purchased new for our vegan protein-bar production facility and being sold only because we are closing our in-house production. 60L capacity, 1.5kW motor, <25μm fineness and 24–48h refining time. Suitable for chocolate, cocoa nibs, nut butters, praline, spreads and similar products. The machine features a specially commissioned custom spiral-profile grinding stone, designed to improve the grinding/refining action compared with the standard stone configuration.
